Two minutes and it creates a collage like that. It took me hours to create this one:

And, while they're not exactly the same, the effect is pretty close. Come on now!
OK, all sarcasm aside, this is a great program! I love the viewer that it uses, it's quick, and it comes with these great editing options. This is going to make my life a whole lot easier.
I really like the second one it is very professional looking far better than what I did. The first on has more texture in the pictures I love how flower petals give the essence of depth and elegance. I also think that the colors you used in both of your collage really work well together and bring all the pictures together even when they are of different subjects.
ReplyDeleteHaha - true how easy it is on Picasa! Although I do love your photoshop collage, the pictures blending together makes it very aesthetically pleasing... I would say that they were hours well spent.
ReplyDeleteAnyway - I like your macro collage a lot - especially that you went for the center-photo option because it works well with yours.
I agree with you, Picasa is an awesome program!! I wish I had known about it a long time ago, I would definately be printing collages of photos instead of using so much ink to print individual photos!! I think both of you collages are great!
ReplyDeleteThe work you put into your photo shop collage definetely shows so don't think it wasn't worth it. You did a great job arranging this weeks collage, too.
ReplyDeletePretty much any app made by Google usually rocks. Your cat gets lots of camera time.
ReplyDeleteVery nice! Glad you took all that time to do that! This program is great and I love all the things you can do with it! Your pictures are awesome and I love the flowers!
ReplyDeleteI know this program made it so easy to make really neat collages. I had so much fun that i am going to make some for my family. This will be really helpful when making invitations or christmas cards. I love the picures of the cat and all the flowers. You too picked a nice sunny day to be outside taking pics.
ReplyDeleteWhat an awesome collage. This was a great project and you have shown what you can do in a snap and looks like a million bucks. Cherish the family too!
ReplyDeleteNice job on these! That second one is definitely hours well spent though and priceless! I love the idea of a main photo surrounded by supporting ones.
